SH3TC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3TC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,082 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3TC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFBR2, NLRC4, and SH2D3C. Each is linked with SH3TC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3TC1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3TC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3TC1 versus TGFBR2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3TC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3TC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
