Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3PXD2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,535 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3PXD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO2, ACTR1A, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with SH3PXD2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3PXD2A-to-partner and partner-to-SH3PXD2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENO2 grouped by SH3PXD2A-low versus SH3PXD2A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3PXD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3PXD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
