Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3PXD2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,477 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3PXD2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SH3PXD2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3PXD2A-to-partner and partner-to-SH3PXD2A results are reported.
