SH3GLB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3GLB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,370 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GLB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS22, MRPS25, and MRPS26. Each is linked with SH3GLB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GLB1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GLB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3GLB1 versus MRPS22 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3GLB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3GLB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
