The most reproducible SH3GLB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of plasma membrane organization, Regulation of stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with SH3GLB1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GLB1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GLB1 results are reported.
