SH3GL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3GL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 765 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-60P, RN7SL248P, and RN7SL680P. Each is linked with SH3GL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GL1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-60P grouped by SH3GL1-low versus SH3GL1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3GL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3GL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
