Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3GL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,850 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3GL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD17A, GNA11, and POLR2E. Each is linked with SH3GL1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3GL1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3GL1 results are reported.
