Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SH3D19 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SH3D19 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher SH3D19 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SH3D19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

GBM, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SH3D19 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
