SH3D19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3D19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3D19-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMOX1, GZMH, and GZMB. Each is linked with SH3D19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3D19-to-partner and partner-to-SH3D19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMOX1 grouped by SH3D19-low versus SH3D19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3D19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3D19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
