SH3D19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3D19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3D19-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZPBP2, MRAP, and TSPY3. Each is linked with SH3D19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3D19-to-partner and partner-to-SH3D19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZPBP2 grouped by SH3D19-low versus SH3D19-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3D19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3D19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
