Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BP5-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,645 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3BP5-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, SORBS3, and FERMT2. Each is linked with SH3BP5-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP5-AS1 results are reported.
