SH3BP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD2, GLOD4, and RCC1. Each is linked with SH3BP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP4-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD2 grouped by SH3BP4-low versus SH3BP4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3BP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3BP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
