Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3BP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 373 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3BP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AK2, OR2L8, and VIPR2. Each is linked with SH3BP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP4-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP4 results are reported.
