Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3BP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,822 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UVSSA, PIGG, and BOD1L1. Each is linked with SH3BP2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP2 results are reported.
