Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SH3BGRL3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SH3BGRL3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher SH3BGRL3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SH3BGRL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
GBM, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where SH3BGRL3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
