Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BGRL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,735 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3BGRL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPC1B, ACTR2, and ITGB2. Each is linked with SH3BGRL3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BGRL3-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BGRL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3BGRL3 versus ARPC1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
