Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BGRL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,520 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3BGRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B4, LMOD1, and NAP1L3. Each is linked with SH3BGRL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BGRL-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BGRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3BGRL versus ATP8B4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3BGRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3BGRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
