Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3BGRL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,093 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3BGRL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of L-glutamate import across plasma membrane, Aminoacyl-tRNA metabolism involved in translational fidelity, and Endoplasmic reticulum mannose trimming. Each is linked with SH3BGRL in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BGRL-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BGRL results are reported.
