Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2D4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,143 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are TOR signaling, Myeloid cell apoptotic process, and Cellular senescence. Each is linked with SH2D4B in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D4B-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D4B results are reported.
