Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2D4B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Bax, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with SH2D4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D4B-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D4B results are reported.
