Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH2D4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,667 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein folding, Regulation of postsynaptic membrane potential, and Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with SH2D4B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D4B-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein folding grouped by SH2D4B-low versus SH2D4B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
