Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH2D3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,450 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Protein localization to cell-cell junction, and Cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with SH2D3A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D3A-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D3A results are reported.
