SH2D2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2D2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,416 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH2D2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD247, CD6, and SLA2. Each is linked with SH2D2A in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D2A-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH2D2A versus CD247 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2D2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2D2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
