SH2D2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2D2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,696 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH2D2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1G, SEPTIN1, and LCP1. Each is linked with SH2D2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D2A-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH2D2A versus MYO1G in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2D2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2D2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
