The most reproducible SH2D2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by p53 class mediator, Positive regulation of fibrinolysis, and Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with SH2D2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D2A-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D2A results are reported.
