Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH2D2A mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZD8931, Ibrutinib, and SB216763. Each is linked with SH2D2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D2A-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D2A results are reported.
