SH2B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,103 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH2B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THUMPD1, VEZF1, and ING4. Each is linked with SH2B1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2B1-to-partner and partner-to-SH2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH2B1 versus THUMPD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
