SH2B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,590 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A13, ADAMTS17, and CLCN4. Each is linked with SH2B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2B1-to-partner and partner-to-SH2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A13 grouped by SH2B1-low versus SH2B1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
