Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH2B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,735 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH2B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Viral transcription, and Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SH2B1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2B1-to-partner and partner-to-SH2B1 results are reported.
