SGSM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGSM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,279 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL16, MLKL, and YWHAE. Each is linked with SGSM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSM2-to-partner and partner-to-SGSM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGSM2 versus METTL16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
