Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGSM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,991 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRD, RYR2, and EPHA6. Each is linked with SGSM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSM2-to-partner and partner-to-SGSM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGSM2 versus PTPRD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
