SGSM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGSM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,919 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLRE1B, RNU6-275P, and CLSPN. Each is linked with SGSM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSM2-to-partner and partner-to-SGSM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCLRE1B grouped by SGSM2-low versus SGSM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
