SGSM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGSM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 830 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDSR, NUP43, and FNBP1L. Each is linked with SGSM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSM2-to-partner and partner-to-SGSM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KDSR grouped by SGSM2-low versus SGSM2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
