Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGSH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,984 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPI, NCAPG, and LMNB1. Each is linked with SGSH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSH-to-partner and partner-to-SGSH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGSH versus CENPI in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
