SGSH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGSH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGSH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D3, GABRA6, and HABP2. Each is linked with SGSH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGSH-to-partner and partner-to-SGSH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D3 grouped by SGSH-low versus SGSH-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
