SGO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,334 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP64, LINC02563, and H3Y1. Each is linked with SGO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGO1-to-partner and partner-to-SGO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP64 grouped by SGO1-low versus SGO1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
