SGK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,978 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RB, CD40, and MEFV. Each is linked with SGK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGK1-to-partner and partner-to-SGK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGK1 versus CSF2RB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
