Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,681 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal sodium ion transport, Renal sodium ion absorption, and Postsynapse to nucleus signaling pathway. Each is linked with SGK1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGK1-to-partner and partner-to-SGK1 results are reported.
