SGIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,772 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP1A, FAT4, and SYNE1. Each is linked with SGIP1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGIP1 versus MAP1A in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
