SGIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,301 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN11, LMCD1_S16, and RCN3. Each is linked with SGIP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGIP1 versus SEPTIN11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
