SGIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,391 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3117, GLT8D2, and HEPH. Each is linked with SGIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGIP1 versus MIR3117 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
