SGIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MND1, LSM3, and ORC6. Each is linked with SGIP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MND1 grouped by SGIP1-low versus SGIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
