Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,392 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Electron transport chain, Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Aerobic electron transport chain. Each is linked with SGIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGIP1 results are reported.
