SGIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 317 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC5, LYZL2, and PRAMEF10. Each is linked with SGIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEPDC5 grouped by SGIP1-low versus SGIP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
