Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SGF29 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SGF29 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SGF29 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SGF29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA and BRCA are the cancer types where SGF29 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
