Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SGF29 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SGF29 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SGF29 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SGF29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where SGF29 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
