SGF29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGF29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,176 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGF29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAZ, HIRIP3_S530, and ZMYM3. Each is linked with SGF29 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGF29-to-partner and partner-to-SGF29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGF29 versus MAZ in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGF29→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGF29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
