SGF29

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGF29 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGF29-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, MSH2, and MRPL9. Each is linked with SGF29 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGF29-to-partner and partner-to-SGF29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGF29 versus LMOD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGF29→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGF29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
