Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGF29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 685 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SGF29-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP5, RNU6-1214P, and MIR7-3. Each is linked with SGF29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGF29-to-partner and partner-to-SGF29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP5 grouped by SGF29-low versus SGF29-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGF29→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGF29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
