SGF29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGF29 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGF29-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with SGF29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGF29-to-partner and partner-to-SGF29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by SGF29-low versus SGF29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGF29→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGF29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
